What You’ll Be Doing
As a Digital Marketing Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for developing relationships with our internal team of account managers and their portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will use your Search Engine Optimization and Internet Marketing experience to ensure accounts are set up properly across channels, review account performance and guide client strategy. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Some Key Responsibilities
- Build Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, social, etc.) strategies that provide tangible results
- Responsible for leveraging digital marketing and customer analytics to drive media optimizations and actionable insights
- Create dashboards, campaign and website performance reports, along with data visualizations for presentations
- Monitor and review current campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase performance
- Prepare and analyze monthly client reports
- Ability to derive actionable insights from data and effectively guide decision-making, communicating in a comprehensible way across various levels of our organization
- Participate in client update meetings, when required, where you share analytical data, provide campaign feedback, and work on client changes
- Work with other Holibob team members to affect client changes and effectively communicate desired client goals
Skills And Qualifications
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with clients and business owners
- 2-3 years of previous Internet Marketing (SEO, PPC, social, or Account Management etc.) or agency experience
- Familiarity with ad tagging, tracking parameters, and digital media tracking required
- Previous Google Analytics experience including client reports, analysis and data driven opportunity identification
- Previous Semrush experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability work efficiently and independently
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize
- Willingness and ability to learn and adapt
