Shore Excursion – Tour Guides

We are looking to hire dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our local team of Tour Guides in Miami and Fort Lauderdale . A perfect opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and sharing their knowledge of the city and keeping them engaged throughout a unique experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Receiving guests as they disembark from their Cruise
  • Lead guest on Tours
  • Knowledge of the history of the City
  • Attention to safety concerns
  • Build your own presentation with cultural and historic information (Training provided)
  • Tours start at the Cruise Ports
  • Communicating with the Pier Staff as necessary

Who we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Tour Guide or working with Tourist
  • Knowledge of the history of the City and surrounding areas
  • Individuals that can work independently, be friendly , outgoing and a good communicator
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Take command in stressful and/or awkward situations
  • Be able to multitask, be reliable, punctual and committed
  • Each Tours requires a commitment to a specific number of hours

Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
