Sales Steering and Revenue Manager
- Accountable for reaching the revenue targets for your designated POSA across our entire product portfolio;
- Ensure the best deals live/in flash/promo/always on mode at the best time for the POSA
- Maximise trade and revenue of the POSA and take needed trading actions with relevant stakeholders after analysis & reporting
- Design, plan and steer deal portfolio for the POSA with which (type) deals are needed from which POSU, when, in which selling status (promo/flash/always on)
- Manage an inspirational and innovative product mix based on data, market trends; and targeted audience
- Deciding target division within the POSA for the destinations and productlines
Collaborating With
- Collaborating closely with Contracting Department to secure the most amazing listings out there live for our members;
- Collaborating closely with Campaigns manager, to bring our trips to our members through campaigns and promotions ;
- Collaborating closely with PKG design, who ensure the best matching PKG trips out there live for our members;
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing departments to maximise POSA and product performance
- Collaborating closely with the CIP department who will facilitate data reports to inform decision making
- Collaborating closely with our Operations department who get our trips live
Expectations Of You
- Experience as Senior Destination Manager
- Seniority Stakeholder management, experienced in managing senior stakeholders, operates at a Senior DM level (and skill set), has experience of managing individuals/teams
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a great communicator;
- Excellent commercial skills, ability to negotiate with stakeholders, assertiveness
- Strong analytical skills, thorough experience with Tableau to make informed decisions, we love data, we use it to understand the why and action on it;
- Strong experience in deal portfolio management/planning and performance management
- POSA task experience or trading and/or slot planning
- Ability to work independent and keep track of own performance and KPI’s;
- Customer centric approach with a heart of travel, we sell memories, one of our key values is that we take care of every trip;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel; reporting tool Tableau
- Boundless energy and commitment to your work and an entrepreneurial ‘can do’ approach to business;
- Being open-minded, open for change, self reflective and ready to be challenged;
- As a spider in the web, your organisation skills ensure that we make stuff happen;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international business under high pressure;
- Fluent in English and German (mandatory).
