Senior Sales & Business Development (Italy & Adriatic)

Minimum qualifications: High School or higher
Minimum experience: 5 years+ in a similar position – Experience in the Tours & Attractions Industry is a plus
Minimum language skills: Italian and English on a negotiation level (other languages a plus)

We seek a highly skilled Senior Regional Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and cultivate a strong pipeline in assigned markets. With a deep understanding of the market and competition, you will develop winning sales strategies and apply your sales and solution expertise. Your role includes identifying leads, engaging with prospects, presenting the Palisis solution, and navigating them through the sales cycle. Fluency in English and the language of the assigned market is essential. This position requires travel, approximately 30% of the time, and reports to the Sales Director

Key Responsibilities
Researching prospective accounts in target markets/verticals
Executing the strategy provided by superiors to expand the customer base in assigned areas/verticals
Pursuing leads and progressing them through the sales cycle
Generating new revenue streams from existing customers
Achieving targets based on SAAS-relevant KPIs
Conducting onsite visits with new customers for selling and delivering sales presentations
Representing the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
Collaborating with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities
Understanding company structures and dynamics, and applying technology accordingly
Maintaining high-quality data within our tools and CRM
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you should possess an open-minded and target-oriented mindset. Being friendly, enthusiastic, and adaptable to new people and markets is essential

Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds and educational levels. The fast problem-solving mentality to provide clients with the right solutions.
Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills are crucial for managing multiple clients, on-site and off-site meetings, and deadlines. Effective time management and the ability to focus on closing sales are also crucial.
Time-management skills: Proficiency in managing and prioritizing time, including calendar management and schedule adjustments.
Drive and self-motivation: Goal-oriented mindset, self-driven, and highly motivated to succeed.
