Job Title: Event Photographer/Videographer for Pub Crawl and Ghost Tour

Time: Evening, approximately 5:30/6:30 PM – 7:30/8:30 PM
Compensation: $250 for a 2-hour shoot

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative photographer/videographer to capture the excitement and unique atmosphere of a pub crawl with a ghost tour theme. This event offers a lively and engaging environment, perfect for showcasing your skills in documenting people, storytelling, and unique locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photo and Video Coverage: Capture high-quality photos and engaging video clips that highlight the energy, fun, and spooky vibe of the event. You will document a small group enjoying drinks, exploring haunted locations, and listening to ghostly tales.
• Deliverables: Provide at least 50 high-quality photos and 25 short video clips, edited and styled to reflect the theme and professional standards.
• Editing: Edit all deliverables to ensure they meet professional quality standards with a consistent style.
• Equipment: Bring your own camera, lighting, and any necessary gear to ensure optimal shots. Props and locations will be provided.

Timeline:

• The shoot will occur in the early evening, between approximately 5:30/6:30 PM and 7:30/8:30 PM.
• All deliverables must be submitted and approved within the agreed timeframe.

Requirements:

1. Experience:
   
   • Proven experience in event photography and videography.
   • Portfolio showcasing prior work, especially in social or themed events.
   • Instagram or other social media are NOT acceptable to showcase work
2. Equipment:
   
   • Access to high-quality photography and videography equipment, including lighting if necessary.
3. Creativity:
   
   • Ability to capture dynamic and candid moments in a lively, social setting.
4. Flexibility:
   
   • Availability during the specified time.
   • Ability to meet tight deadlines for deliverables.

Additional Details:

• Models/Actors:
  
  • Some models/actors will be present to enhance the shoot.
  • If you can bring additional talent, we are open to discussing this, and compensation for extra actors/models will be negotiated.
• Guidance Provided:
  
  • Examples, props, and direction will be supplied to help guide your work and ensure smooth execution.
• Focus Areas:
  
  • Capture candid moments of the group interacting with the tour guide, experiencing ghostly locations, and enjoying the pub crawl.
