We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals
with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.

This is a Part Time position. Saturday – Monday availability is required.

As an Outdoor Adventure Guide you will be responsible for:
• Leading groups of up to 8 on daily instructional mountain biking outings
ranging from beginner to advanced varying from 2-15 miles in 2 hours.
• Leading & tail groups of up to 20 on daily hiking activities ranging from easy
to very difficult and in the range of 3-12 miles, with elevation from 200-
1500ft while carrying up to a 35lb pack.
• Facilitating programs for corporate and social groups in hiking, mountain
biking, court activities, and team building events on the challenge course.
• Assisting with all outdoor equipment maintenance and usage logs.


-Wilderness First Aid or First Responder Certification required.
-1+ previous professional/educational experience as an Outdoor Adventure
guide or educator.
-2 years professional/personal experience hiking and mountain biking.
-2 years’ experience in facilitation of high/low ropes elements OR 2+
years climbing experience.

-Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
-Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
-Must have reliable transportation
-Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
-Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
