About the role…
The Peppa Pig Theme Park DutyManager collaborates with all departments within the park to ensure smooth dayto day operation, ensuring we meet and exceed the KPI daily targets. The DutyManager is a key contact for all guest feedback and is responsible to ensurethat all operations are operating to the safety requirements.
Whatyou’ll be doing…
To be the central contact for the hotels to ensure effective communication across the Resort
Takes ownership of any defects that negatively impact the guest experience and work together with Peppa Pig Theme Park leadership to make the changes necessary to prevent reoccurrence.
Monitors and reviews guest interactions within the all Departments to ensure unwavering adherence to service standards, policies and processes with a focus on the guest experience.
Immediately respond to and resolve guest concerns in an empathetic manner, offering a sincere apology and providing timely follow-up and/or appropriate compensation if/when necessary.
To assist in any area of the business that requires additional help
To accurately report any guest feedback both positive and negative
Continually collects and reviews guest feedback with teams and counterparts in an effort to minimize defects and maximize guest satisfaction.
Promote and demonstrate Merlin’s culture and core values through words and actions. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, effectively managing and documenting employee relations
Works with teams to streamline the flow of communication and operational processes related to all departments within the Resort, with a focus on efficiency and guest convenience.
To carry out efficiently instructions or assignments given by the Department supervisors and Manager
Perform daily MOD schedule assigned
Who we’re looking for…
Requires minimum of six (6)months Leadership and/or Management experience and prefer prior experience in atheme park setting, focused on general Operations. Must have full/flexibleavailability. Must possess demonstratedleadership abilities. Requires excellent skills in Guest Service and communication. Self-motivated and demonstrated initiative.Leads by example with a demonstrated history of supporting colleagues and PJs. Strongproblem-solving skills and dedicated to providing outstanding guest service andcommunication. Requires the ability to remain calm under pressure. Requires strong organizational skills with agood attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Intermittent and prolonged standing and walking to move about the Resort and interact with guest and employees.
Finger dexterity sufficient to complete paperwork activities and to use a computer.
Visual acuity sufficient to read written materials, to complete paperwork activities, and to drive.
Hearing sufficient to communicate with individuals in person and by telephone.
Work Environment:Various inside and outside locations with varying temperatures and floor surfaces.
Exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
