As the Attractions Manager you will be at the helm of our exhilarating attractions, overseeing the management of Supervisors and Attractions Team Members. Get ready to unleash your leadership skills and ignite the thrill in every corner of Apex Entertainment. Here’s what your adventure entails:

Job Description:

Exemplary Guest Service:

  • Oversee the management of Supervisors and Attraction Team Members. Guide them in delivering exceptional guest service throughout our facility.
  • Set clear objectives and provide guidance to managers and subordinates, ensuring our attractions operate seamlessly.

Attractions Ownership:

  • Supervise and enforce routine maintenance with an eagle eye for detail, keeping our attractions in top-notch condition.
  • Collaborate closely with Maintenance to promptly address any issues or equipment shortages, ensuring uninterrupted excitement for our guests.

Operations Expertise:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of all attractions, while also providing support to food and beverage and event operations when needed.
  • Accurately schedule hourly Attraction Team Members based on forecasting and adjust accordingly to ensure optimum staffing during holidays and events.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Conduct daily inspections of the facility to ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards, leaving no room for compromise.
  • Work hand-in-hand with HR to maintain accurate employee personnel files and handle any necessary disciplinary actions.
  • Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and company policies.

Collaborative Leader:

  • Inspire and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment rooted in excellence.
  • Lead by example, exhibiting professionalism, creativity, and a commitment to exceptional service.
  • Delegate weekly and monthly tasks to Supervisors and Attraction Team Members empowering them to take ownership and execute their responsibilities.
  • Work closely with the GM/AGM and take on any additional tasks assigned.
  • Support F&B and Events when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to lead your team and engage with guests.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational prowess to ensure seamless operations.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional and courteous demeanor that represents Apex Entertainment with pride.
  • Positive team player with the ability to motivate others towards achieving shared goals.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the attractions, FEC, food & beverage and/or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to embrace change and meet the demands of a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
