On the other hand, we help those looking for experiences and inventory to resell to expand their own customer offering, such as online travel agencies (OTAs), tourist information centres, hotel concierges and local travel agents.
We’re a well-established global ‘scale-up’. We launched in 2011 and now help thousands of suppliers and resellers in over 100 countries to get more bookings, save time and get connected to one another.
The Opportunity
The HR Business Partner plays an important role in locally driving the delivery of our People & Culture strategy. Our aim is to continue to enhance our employee experiences to make Rezdy a great place to work.
Working closely with the Global People & Culture team, the People & Culture Manager will cover areas of the overall People & Culture experience from recruitment, to onboarding, to performance and learning and culture. This role will also work closely with our US Leadership and Management team to drive strategies that support our people and our growth.
For the right individual, we are flexible to offer permanent part-time options, minimum 3 days a week.
The role
- Effectively delivers our localised People & Culture strategy, as part of our collaborative Global People & Culture team.
- Be a trusted Manager to Rezdy’s team to coach, advise and provide support on People related matters.
- Collaborate and strategies effectively with the Global People & Culture function to drive People & Culture initiatives and programs (e.g. in L&D, Performance, Culture and Engagement initiatives).
- Proactively identify team needs suggesting new initiatives and improvements on existing policy and processes.
- Ensure effective communication across the People & Culture team and more broadly into the business so we can achieve more together.
- Helps to create initiatives that make Rezdy a great place to work, showcases our culture and brings people together.
- Champion our culture through our Values, ensuring they are lived and breathed and amplified.
About you
- You have a genuine passion for business partnering and love building relationships with leaders to work with them in developing their teams.
- 3 years’ minimum experience in a Human Resources Generalist or P&C role in either Senior HR Advisor, Business Partner/manager role Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering employee engagement strategies.
- You have a good knowledge and experience in the practical application of current employment law and regulations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and thrive with competing demands.
- Experience with HR technologies with the ability to analyse data and provide insights to leaders in the business.
