We are looking for you as Head of Marketing (m/f/d). For this role, we are hiring based remotely within the EU.
Your Day-to-Day Work In This Role
- You will lead a 4- to 5-person marketing team and coordinate further resources like freelancers and agencies.
- You will own all of our B2B marketing channels and build effective, sustaining growth loops together with your team.
- You will work closely with our CGO to define and optimise our marketing strategy. In addition, you’ll have lots of cross-functional alignment, especially with sales to work on revenue growth.
- You take big swings: In your role, you find a balance between incremental improvements and challenging the status quo to reach new market segments.
- You develop and refine our marketing strategies: You have the vision for how bookingkit does marketing and can conceptualise initiatives to get more new customers, increase transaction volumes.
- You monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities, results & ROI and are able to communicate these clearly.
We Are Match If:
- You’re a “marketing superstar”, a T-shaped generalist, trying things out and learning quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Marketing for a B2B SaaS solution and a proven track record in boosting marketing metrics in this environment.
- You bring an excellent understanding of B2B marketing techniques and a hands-on experience with managing and optimising marketing funnels.
- You have leadership experience: Your team means everything to you and you. You stand up for them and support them both.
- You possess strong knowledge in all core areas of the marketing department e.g. Content, SEO & on-page conversion strategies, CRM automation and optimisations.
- You have good analytical skills that will help us drive our strategies and solutions.
- You’ve worked with Salesforce & Hubspot.
- You adapt quickly to our target audience and the intricacies of our B2B market (events, attractions, tourism).
- You speak English fluently.
Extra Awesome If
- You have an eye for design and are able to accelerate our brand and CI.
- You have experience with paid Ads (Google and LinkedIn especially).
- You have helped organising events in the past.
- You know how to set up automations.
- You speak another European language fluently.
