Global Operations Manager – Based in Granada

We are seeking a Global Operations Manager based at our headquarters in Granada to lead, supervise, and optimize our current operations while driving expansion into new markets.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

Current Operations Management:

Supervise the quality and efficiency of operations across all destinations, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Resolve operational issues and ensure adherence to service standards.

Expansion and New Destinations:

Coordinate the launch of operations in new markets, from supplier selection to staff recruitment and training.
Adapt company procedures to meet local regulations and requirements.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate local and cross-departmental teams, fostering a high-performance work environment.
Collaborate closely with operational managers and other key departments.

Control and Optimization:

Design and implement process improvements to maximize profitability.
Oversee budgets, optimize costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Strategic Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose data-driven solutions.
Report directly to the CEO on operational performance and areas for improvement.

🎯 Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in similar roles, managing operations across multiple destinations.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams in multicultural and dynamic environments.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the tourism sector with a focus on operational processes and customer experience.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of operational management tools, booking systems, and data analysis.
Languages: Spanish and English are essential; additional languages are a plus.
Education: University degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields.
Mobility: Own transportation is required.
