Elite Concierge Booking Specialist for VIP Clients


First in Travel Club is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Specialist to join our team as an Elite-Level Concierge for select clientele, including High Net Worth Individuals and VIPs.

The ideal candidate will possess a flawless command of the English language, be able to work in a US timezone and be on-call where necessary.

This remote position demands exceptional communication skills, flexible and dynamic problem-solving abilities, and a calm, composed demeanour.


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for elite-level clients, handling all inquiries, requests and travel booking arrangements (flight, hotel, and ground transportation, among other concierge services), with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions to ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.
  • Manage and resolve complex issues swiftly and effectively, maintaining a calm and composed attitude.
  • Deliver white-glove service, meeting and exceeding the expectations of our most demanding clients.
  • Work closely with the CEO and COO, receiving specialised training in managing discerning personalities and their unique, luxury travel arrangements.


  • At least 5 years experience in the luxury travel-booking sector.
  • Experience in dealing with High Net Worth Individuals and VIPs.
  • Ability to work remotely and be available on-call to address client needs as they arise.
  • Ability to work productively within a team.
  • Flawless command of the English language; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage difficult clients with grace and poise.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems quickly and efficiently, using open-mindedness and lateral thinking to overcome challenges under pressure.
  • Strong ability to anticipate client needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with Sabre or Amadeus GDS, Award Bookings, and/or ERP software such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
  • Full-time availability.
