Assistant Arcade Manager – Adventure City – Canadian Niagara Hotels – Niagara Falls

Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Supervisors who are responsible for various areas
- Hiring, and training of all staff, including conducting employee orientation
- Managing and maintaining adequate staffing levels within budget
- Conducting meetings with Supervisors
- Retraining in all supervisory positions as needed
- Overseeing scheduling, time & attendance and performance of all staff members
- Performing annual performance reviews with each staff member
- Ensuring staff adherence to all policies and procedures
- Making reports and analysis of different areas of the business for improvement
- Completing month-end inventories
- Assisting with the operation of the facility
- Ensuring that TSSA standards are being upheld and all safety protocols are bring followed.
- Ordering product in collaboration with Purchasing team and third party vendors
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in an operations-based managerial role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Available to work nights, weekends and Holidays
- Basic understanding of arcade and redemption games
- Arcade experience is an asset
- Flexible to cover every duty to continue the operation of Adventure City & Iwerks
- Track record of improving Guest Service
- Proven Communication Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
