    TrekkSoft is looking for a talented, all-round account executive to drive customer acquisition in close collaboration with the Marketing and Onboarding teams. Join us in a highly diverse job in a dynamic and international environment, with lots of opportunities to make an impact!



    • You will help Tour and Activity providers to find the right booking solution to run their businesses efficiently.
    • Qualify leads, generate opportunities and close deals from inbound leads.
    • Proactively generate opportunities and close deals from outbound outreach, as required to meet sales targets.
    • Manage the full sales cycle from qualifying, to opportunity creation and closing.
    • Own your sales targets and KPIs, provide reporting in the weekly All Hands meetings.
    • Provide clear and regular feedback on market insights (new trends, customer expectations, competitors).
    • Manage notes and properties in the CRM (Hubspot) to document your work.
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing to create bottom-of-funnel sales campaigns.
    • Spend 20% of your time on business development for a separate product line of TrekkSoft (under its own branding).



    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full cycle SaaS selling. Experience in the tour and activity industry and travel tech is a strong plus.
    • Strong communication skills and fluency in English, plus two or more of the following languages: German, Spanish, Italian.
    • Ownership of and experience with the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
    • Strategic thinking to continuously develop the sales strategy together with the management team.
    • Ability to work independently and reach revenue targets on a consistent basis.
    • A flexible mindset and a hands-on approach – most of your time will be spent on execution.
    • An EU passport, or work permit for the EU.
