*Be in charge of oral and written communication with the clients, building a trustworthy communication relationship.
*Create effective communication with the tour guides.
*Making the required transport reservations.
*Booking tourist attractions’ tickets, as well as booking venues for our tours that include food tasting.
*To maintain and reassure the relationships with the actual suppliers, and be open to finding new ones.
*Work with FareHarbor our channel manager software
*Working closely with the several departments of Operations and Product in order to increase operational excellence.
*Maintain and improve the products published in the OTAs.
*Development of new products and keeping existing products updated.
Minimum Qualifications: College Degree
Experience: 1 – 2 years
-Graduated with a Tourism Degree or similar.
-An experience of at least 1 year in the job position or similar.
-Residence in Barcelona and its surroundings, Catalonia, Spain.
-Professional category of employee.
-Equivalent level of English as a C1 or higher, and equivalent level of Spanish as a C2 or native.
-To have the capacity of making use of a Channel Manager.
-Be capable of carrying out multi-tasking work.
-To be someone that has a proactive and open personality.
-To be motivated, passionate, and able to establish good relationships with customers.
-To domain verbal and written language skills.
-Ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.
-Capability to quickly understand a problem and develop workable solutions.
-Empathise and identify with our mission, vision, and values.
-To be organized: plan well and prioritize work.
-Pay attention to detail and ability to interpret information, making sound recommendations.
-Embrace change, willing to understand and work with newly added features/tasks.
