What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Face of Fun: Greet guests warmly, set a positive tone for their visit, and create a welcoming environment that enhances every attraction’s experience.
  • Deliver Outstanding Experiences: Operate attractions efficiently and safely, ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, fun-filled ride.
  • Bring History to Life: Share the story of Belmont Park’s 100-year journey, engaging guests with fascinating facts and immerse guests in our vibrant history.
  • Create a Lasting Impression: Ensure attractions are well-maintained, clean, and inviting, reflecting Belmont Park’s commitment to excellence.
  • Guest and Team Safety: Actively supervise attractions, uphold safety protocols, and handle any concerns or situations with care and professionalism.

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of standing and walking for up to eight hours at a time.
  • Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Comfortable with tasks involving pushing, pulling, stooping, shoving, and bending to move equipment.
  • Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, cold, direct sunlight, high heat, and humidity.
  • Able to work in a noisy environment.
  • Physically capable of climbing stairs.
  • Skilled in handling small electronic devices such as scanners.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Follows verbal and written instructions effectively.
  • Writes clearly and concisely.
  • Adheres to safety protocols and prioritizes safety awareness.
  • Works efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Handles challenging guest interactions with professionalism.
  • Communicates instructions and directions to guests in a friendly and assertive manner.

Expected Hours of Work

  • Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on park needs.

Severe breaches of this Conference Code of Conduct may result in disqualification from participating in future events. Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
