Arival, the event for the tours, activities, experiences and attractions industry has officially announced that the Arival Phoenix event is canceled. Tourpreneur Host Shane Whaley talks with co-founder Bruce Rosard to learn what this means for those who have registered for the Arival Phoenix event as well as what is next for Arival as it goes virtual.

Individuals expelled due to violating this Conference Code of Conduct will not be eligible for a refund or other consolation.
